This cushion is not as good as others I have stayed at. I wish she had a store and selects one. This pillow is horrible! It is so difficult, and smells really bad. The package states the pillow softens once it is warm at home, and the smell disappears. I used it one night, tried again a week later and has not softened. I bought my husband a memory foam pillow for $ 40 Serta three years ago and is still much better than the one seen on TV. A massage therapist recommended that I have a “Tempurpedic” pillow after being treated for neck pain after a car accident that had happened.
